Dinner: Steamed chicken and a big salad.

Friday:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
Lunch: Tuna salad.
Dinner: 2 eggs and a big salad.

Saturday:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
Lunch: Cooked chicken and a big salad.
Dinner: Fruits.

Sunday:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
Lunch: Steamed chicken and steamed vegetables.
Dinner: The same as lunch.
