Instant get rid from double chin and neck fat

Hey all..!
Fatness is a big problem for us. And when this fat occupies our face it's so irritating. A chubby face looks cute but not always and hot. But now don't worry I have an exercise for you through which you can easily get rid of unwanted double chin and neck fat.
Do these exercise consistently and you will get a result in no time. These exercises can do anywhere and any time even while sitting anywhere. Here are some of it.

How to Get Rid of a Double Chin

Do each of the following chin exercises 5-7 times per day

1. Warm-up:
  • Easy move the chin forward & backward.

2. “Spade” – an exercise to strengthen the muscles of the chin:

  • Open your mouth wide.
  • Bend the lower lip inside.
  • Close your mouth pulling the lower jaw forward (as if you try to scoop the water.

3. Relax muscles:
  • Easy move the jaw up and down.
  • Do this after each exercise.
4. Kiss of the ceiling an exercise for strengthening the muscles of the neck:
  • Lift the face up and look at the ceiling.
  • Blow the kiss towards the ceiling.
5. Touch the nose:
  • Stick out your tongue.
  • Try to reach the nose by tongue tip.
6. Resistance:
  • Put your elbows on the table.
  • Put the chin on your fists.
  • Push your chin against the fists, trying to overcome the resistance.
7. The “Triangle of Youth” – an exercise for the perfect oval face:
  • Turn your head to the left.
  • Pull the lower jaw forward straining muscles of the neck.
  • Turn your head to the right.
  • Do the same to the other side.
