How To Make Avocado Tuna Salad


Every day junk food spoils your health badly. It has many side effects. Leave every day junk food an replace it with avocado. Made it nicely i.e add some red onion, lemon zest, and juice, sprinkle with the green of cilantro and wow! Then put it between two pieces of toast and here you get Avocado tuna salad. Then eat it and enjoy yourself and stay healthy.

Avocado is also very good for rough skin. When you scooped out avocado from its peel then rub inside of that peel on elbows it will soften your elbow.
