Foot stretches are probably the easiest method to reduce your foot pain. They are very simple and require no more than 5 minutes so you can do them while eating your breakfast.
OTHER FOOT TIPS:
Yoga. Since yoga requires balanced feet, you will learn to control them, and restore the balance of your physical and mental state.
Walk barefoot. There are many benefits of waling barefoot outside, or earthing.
Epsom Salt. Soak your feet in Epsom salt to detoxify them, and to increase your intake of magnesium.
