How to Lose a Double Chin Fast

A double chin occurs when the platysma muscle becomes slack and loses mass. This can make you appear to be middle-aged, and also rather unhealthy. Obesity can contribute to a double chin, and losing weight can help. If you also give the flaccid chin muscles regular exercise, they will gain strength and increase mass; this will diminish the appearance of an unsightly double chin. Step 1
Form a loose fist. Place your hand under your chin, with the knuckles of the fist positioned in the indent where your neck meets the chin. Force your lower jaw open, causing resistance with your fist. Hold the pose for approximately 30 seconds and relax.

Step 2
Lie face up on the floor or a similar flat surface. Slowly lift your head, and touch your chest with your chin, without raising your shoulders. Return your head to the ground. Start with 10 repetitions per day, gradually working your way up to 50 reps as the muscles become stronger.

Step 3
Sit or stand comfortably with your spine erect. Tilt your head back as far as possible. Open and close your mouth, feeling the platysma muscle--which begins underneath your chin and continues down the neck--stretch and become taut as you close your mouth. Repeat for two minutes or until you tire.

Step 4
Sit on a chair with your head tilted back. Look to the ceiling while puckering your lips, and with as much force as you can muster, attempt to kiss the ceiling. When performed correctly, you will feel the skin covering the jowls and neck become taut. Hold the pose for 20 seconds, relax and repeat one more time.

Step 5
Slap the entire chin area. Using the backs of your index and middle fingers, slap underneath your chin. Start gently, then increase speed and pressure. Continue for two minutes at a time. This will stimulate circulation and oxygen supply to the area, which will improve skin tone and aid cell rejuvenation.

Step 6
Use makeup to disguise your double chin. Apply foundation, face powder and concealer to cover blemishes and imperfections; then using a wide blusher brush, apply a bronzer that is a shade darker than your face powder along the jawline and under the chin.

TRICK 2: Did you know that the size of the plate or even a spoon can influence how much food calories you consume? In a matter of fact, several studies have proved exactly that! One study conducted where party guests were randomly given either 2- or 3-ounce spoons and 17- or 34-ounce bowls, and allowed to help themselves to ice cream. The results show that the guests are given the large spoons and large bowls had eaten 14% and 31% more ice cream respectively, than the people using the smaller spoons or smaller bowls. Interesting, huh?

Results of one study have shown that people who were more absorbed by a TV ate significantly larger amounts of popcorn compared to those that were paying less attention to the TV.

In another experiment, the chocolates were put inside either transparent or opaque jars. Chop a tomato finely and pass it through a sieve. Once you have extracted the juice, tip in half a teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder, and two teaspoon gram flour, better known as besan. Mix the ingredients thoroughly into an even consistency.
Now apply it over your dark circles in a generous coat. Allow it to dry for about 20 minutes, and then rinse off with cool water. Do this daily for about two weeks and your dark circles will vanish naturally. Tomato’s bleaching properties help lighten the skin under the eyes that are dark and swollen, and gram flour and lemon juice serve as great nourishing agents and astringents in eliminating dark circles.

3. Mint and lemon pack:

Grind into a thick paste a handful of mint or pudina leaves. Pour it into a bowl and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mix. Blend thoroughly. Now apply it on your eyes covering the dark circles. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse off with cool water.
Your eyes will feel refreshed instantly. Repeat this ritual daily for about two weeks and you won’t have dark circles anymore. While the menthol in mint improves the blood circulation under the eyes, its antibacterial and antiseptic properties fight the toxins that damage the under eye skin. Vitamin C in mint promotes elasticity of the skin and keeps it firm. Not to mention, lemon juice acts as a natural astringent that fades out the dark color under the eye.

Healthy and successful weight loss is something many people strive to achieve these days. Actually, it’s not that difficult to do. You just have to be patient and consistent about things: eat a lot of vegetables, cut down or remove the intake of sugar, increase the intake of healthy oils or fats and intake only vegetable proteins. Make sure you eat healthily o follow a special routine: eat 3 small meals; avoid meals after 7 p.m.; exercise regularly etc.

Here, we’re presenting you a 3-step regimen that will help you keep your weight-gain hormones balanced successfully. At the same time, you’ll manage to lose weight healthily because you’ll activate your fat-burning hormones!


Carbohydrates have a very negative role if you want to lose weight. If you intake cookies, starchy vegetables, processed foods, alcohol, it will provide easy energy, but your body will use it instead of burning your fat reserves. If you decide to lose weight, you must stop eating carbs and sugars!

Important: You must complete step 1 in order to go to step 2!


If you’ve decided to start a process of weight loss, you must know how to train your body and mind not to crave for food after 7 p.m. The latest time for a meal should be 4 or 5 p.m. You’ll also burn fats if you eat 3 smaller meals or 2 meals and 1 salad for dinner. Stop using sugary drinks or natural fruit juices and replace them with herbal teas or lemon water.

You shouldn’t skip meals. Try early dinner or a late breakfast. Make sure you intake cooked meals. Always eat slowly and stop when you feel full!

Here’s our recommendation: start with a 10-minute solid cardio, like biking or running so that you can warm up and increase your heart rate as well as weight training to build muscle. Do at least two sets of each and make sure you relax for 1- 2 minutes between the sets. You should do these until you feel some muscle strain!




are not really a serious threat, but they can make your skin look unattractive. But if you notice your mole has changed its size or color, be careful because it may be a sign of cancer. There are many ways of treating moles, for example, you can try using garlic topically and letting it work for 4 hours a day. You can also use ACV – it isn’t as effective as garlic, but it can be of great help.

For treating moles you can use raw garlic or garlic extract. First, clean the area around the mole by using beeswax or petroleum jelly. Once you’ve cleaned the area, apply the garlic on the mole and cover it with a bandage. For best results, repeat the treatment every day.

Dab some ACV on your moles, by using cotton balls and just leave the remedy to work for 8 hours. You’ll need to repeat this until the moles are gone.


Warts are a result of the HPV virus and usually are treated with salicylic acid or cryogenically. Some people have had great results by wrapping duct tape over warts, but I think it’s much safer to use natural remedies and at the same time they provide much better results.

Take a banana peel and rub warts with the inside part. Do this procedure every night until the wart disappears. But be patient, because the process may take up to a couple of weeks before you see the results.

You can also use raw honey to get rid of warts. Just rub the raw honey directly on warts to get rid of them. After you apply the honey wrap your skin with a bandage and leave it to work. If you use raw honey to treat warts it will significantly reduce the chances of warts’ recurrence.


The usual places skin tags appear are the neck, upper chest, underarms, and eyelids and are caused by skin rubbing. They can be removed cryogenically or with tying off or cutting, but the best way is with natural remedies.

Soak a cotton ball in the water, add a couple of drops of the oil, apply it on the affected area and cover with a bandage. Repeat the process 2-3 times a day for a month and you will be very pleased when you see the results.

Make a paste of the baking soda and the castor oil. Apply it on the tags 2-3 times a day and secure it with a bandage. The maximum you can keep the paste in the fridge is 48 hours.


The usual places dark spots appear are the face or limbs. This could be related to liver problems and excessive sun exposure. There are many natural remedies for dark spots which work well if you are persistent.

Lemon is a great skin bleacher and can fade the spots. Just soak a cotton ball with some lemon juice and rub it on the affected areas twice.

Apply some onion juice directly on the spot, leave it to work for 10-15 minutes. After that rinse well with water and repeat the process until you see the spots disappear.

When there isn’t enough liver glycogen to provide energy for the brain, the adrenal glands drain more stress hormones, adrenaline, and cortisol. High amounts of these stress hormones can lead to problematic sleeping.
Salt is another helpful ingredient before heading to bed because it aids in lowering the stress hormones as well.

These ingredients helps the production of energy so your body’s energy will be sustained during the night. Adequate sodium in the blood reduces the drain of adrenaline or cortisol.

How To Find Out Your SKIN TYPE, Using PAPER?

Skin care starts with the right choice of products, those that meet all the needs of your skin. So you can choose the best for your skin and provide the best care, it is important to know what type of skin you have. Skin type you specify simply and easily at home, and we’ll find out how.

Clean your face with gel, wash and dry your face gently with a towel. Wait one hour. Pay attention to the parts of the skin where you feel the most tension.
Take a few pieces of paper and press on different areas of the face – nose, chin, the center of cheeks, the center of the forehead and the outer edges of the forehead. Fully review each piece of paper, searching for traces of grease or peels of the skin.

Torch 500 calories on the treadmill workout

Whatever your reason, we’ve all turned to the treadmill from time to time. And the best way to prevent boredom and get great results from your treadmill workout is to incorporate intervals. Here’s a simple workout I developed to help you torch calories with your trusty treadmill.

The plan is really simple. Be sure to warm up for about 3-5 minutes (I suggest a 3 to 3.5 mph pace and 0% incline) and to cool down the same way when it is over.

  • Burn 100 calories* every 10 minutes. (Note that the calories burned for this workout are based on an average-weight woman of 150 pounds. People who weigh more will burn more; people who weigh less will burn fewer calories.) Each time you complete the set of intervals listed, you’re torching 100 calories. If you’re not up for the full 50-minute workout, start with just one or two sets of intervals. You’ll burn 100 calories per set—not too shabby!

  • Intervals maximize fat burning. You’ll walk and run and even push yourself to a high-intensity level with that 7 mph “sprint”. This will help you burn more calories during your workout—and continue to burn them even after it’s over. Learn more about why intervals rock.

  • Incline boosts. If you are not changing the incline on your treadmill when you work out, you are really missing out on one of its greatest features. That incline will push your heart rate higher and challenge you aerobically—and it’s what helps you burn more calories in less time.

  • The walk-run combo works. You don’t have to be a “runner” to follow this program. It’s got enough variety with small bits of running and walking to work for a variety of fitness levels. Use it as a general guide; you can always increase or decrease the intensity to suit your goals and current level.
