Here’s the plan:Ingredients needed:
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (or 1 cinnamon stick)
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 lemon
- A handful of parsley
- 500 ml. of water
Just put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a homogenous mixture. Drink the mixture every night before going to bed and you will lose a lot of weight in just a short time.
