4. Rinse off with warm water.
5. Your face may be red for a bit but this will wear off.
6. Use this scrub no more than 1-2 times a week.
7. This scrub is alkaline to the skin, so to even out your pH it is a good idea to splash your face with rosewater afterwards. This will naturally balance your skin.

This is a very low impact move in order to shape your legs and especially the inner thighs. To do this exercise, stand with your forearms distance away from a sturdy chair or a counter. Hold onto the counter or the chair with the right hand.Keep distance between your feet with the toes forward and pointed ahead. Place a small, soft ball or a pillow between the inner thighs.

Now lift the heels and balance on the balls of the feet, placing the left hand on the hip.Bend the knees and lower down an inch, keep pressing on the ball and keep the core tight. Raise the hips back up and bring the left arm overhead and squeeze the ball for 30 seconds. Repeat for 30 reps, turn around and repeat on the other side.

4 Tree lean to side lunge


This is a complete exercise which works not only on the inner thighs, but also on the core, thighs, hips and entire lower body.Stand tall with the feet together and arms held overhead. Flex the spine laterally so that the arms and shoulders reach left while the hips go right. Now sweep the arms up and over and make a half circle towards the right. Now take the left leg out for a lunge. .

Land in the lunge with the left hand resting on the thigh; keep the right hand touching the floor. Push on the floor and perform the curve in the reverse and return to the lateral lean position.Do 10 reps and repeat on the opposite side

5 Scissor leg plank


Start in a full planked position with each foot on a folded towel. Now keeping the upper body stable, slide feet apart and try to open the legs as wide as you can. Now slowly squeeze your inner thighs to slide the feet back together. Perform 2 sets of 15 reps eachThis exercise will focus on your inner thighs, chest, core, arms and glutes and will get them to engage in the workout

6 Squeeze and lift


Keep asmall soft ball between your ankles and lie down on the floor on the right side. Support your head with the right hand, by bending it. Keep the left hand bended in front of the chest in order to stabilize the body.Squeeze your inner thighs to secure the ball between the ankles and lengthen your legs and lift the legs 6 inches in the air, keeping the ball between the ankles.

At home facials are a great way to relax, reduce stress, and beautify. I always like to steam my face before hand (either in the shower or over a pot of hot water) to boost the detox process. This opens your pores and preps them for the nutrients the masks will supply. You can see from the photos that the mask is a deep night black in color. Fear not! It will wash down the drain with the smallest splash of water without staining (plus you will look pretty rad when it’s on).


INGREDIENTS

– ½ tsp organic whole milk plain yogurt
– ½ tsp organic witch hazel
– ½ tsp (two caps) activated charcoal
– ¼ tsp organic ground turmeric
MAKE IT
1. Combine the yogurt, charcoal, and turmeric and blend until smooth.
2. Add the witch hazel slowly, you may need more or less than called for to get the right consistency.
3. Apply to a clean face with a brush or your fingers.
4. Let it sit on your skin until it has just become dry, about 20 minutes. Be careful to not let it sit on your skin too long after it has dried as it can draw the moisture out of your skin and leave you with dry skin.
5. Wash off with warm water, lightly scrubbing in a circular motion for gentle exfoliation. Finish with a light spritz of DIY Vitamin C Serum and your favorite face oil.

 Use this mask once or twice weekly to get the most anti-aging or anti-acne benefit.

This is a very simple mask, and I knew about it since last many years but tried it recently when my grandma forced me to try this.
For this peel off mask, you will need:



  • 4 organic egg whites
  • 1 organic lemon, freshly squeezed 
Use egg white. A beaten egg white with 1/2 tsp. lime juice tightens your skin and closes pores. Froth the white with a fork, combine the lime juice and brush it onto your face. Let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with a warm washcloth.

*(Please note, this is not a peel-off mask, it’s a rinse-off mask (hence the number of egg whites).
The egg whites give your skin a fresh glow, help ward off blackheads and prevent wrinkles. Apart from this I also tried ripe banana on my face.Mash a ripe banana until it’s creamy. Spread it all over your face and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.Rinse it off and pat your face dry. Bananas contain antioxidants and minerals that help the skin restore itself and prevent wrinkles. It was making me psycho and stressful the most effecting my confidence I exactly do not remember somehow i find this remedy (the reason to not remember is I was applying everything from medicine to homemade remedies) It is very to prepare and all ingredients available inside your kitchen. only drawback of this remedy was its look a bit odd on face but what I was doing apply this mask before going to bed when I do not have anything to do, just go to bed only.

  3. nutmeg powder (1 tea spoon)
  4. cinnamon powder (1 tea spoon)
Now we have to mix all these ingredients well until it become a thick paste. Apply it like a mask in the beginning you might feel burning but it will finish with in a minute keep this mask for 30 minutes after that time you will feel its become part of your face skin now wash it with warm water.
I was apply this 3 to 4 times a week and believe me it was very helpful for me to get rid of acne hope it will work good for you too.
