Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a jug. If you use warm water it would be more better but you can also use water at room temperature.

Use:

Consume one glass of this water before every meal three times a day. Drink it  for three consecutive
days.
You can also use lemon juice instead of lemon oil. Lemon juice with apple cider can effect your tooth enamel that's why I prefer to use lemon oil but in the case you don't have lemon oil, you can use lemon juice. Or you can also use grapefruit essential oil.


Why It Works?

Apple cider vinegar

According to a study, Apple cider vinegar can help you to lose weight. It also reduce your body fat percentage and reduces belly fat.  It suppress your appetite. It contains a compound called pectin which reduces the appetite. Apple cider vinegar help you to eat less and you feel full all the time.

Lemon oil and Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper and lemon oil or lemon juice helps to flush out toxins and waste fast, from your body.

Maple Syrup

Maple syrup contains a lot of mineral and vitamins that will give you energy. You will not feel hungry and feel energetic just because of maple syrup.
