2- MINUTE Abs WORKOUT
Today i will give you " 2-min Abs Workout " , as everybody is busy in their daily life too much, they have no time for any side activities. Keeping that point in mind, here i am giving you just 2-mins workout plan, you can do it early in the morning at your own bed.Exercise in that workout are simple and easy to do, you need no equipment and you just have a stop watch.
Do that workout as you awake, and you will feel fresh throughout the day, within a month you will see a great change in your body shape.

- Knee-to-Elbow Sit-ups (20-sec).
- Flutter Kicks (20-sec).
- Scissors (20-sec).
- Hundreds (20-sec).
- Reverse Crunches (20-sec).
- Sitting Twists (20-sec).
