Do any of these remedy each night before going to bed for three nights.

Put both the ingredients in blender and blend them well to make homogeneous mixture.

Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash your face with plenty of water.


  • 1 potato
  • juice of half onion
Put both the ingredients in blender and blend them well until it become homogeneous mixture

Apply the mixture on effected areas. And leave it for 25 minutes and wash it with warm water

Put potato and cucumber in blender and blend them well to make a paste

Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for 25 minutes and then wash your face with plenty of water

How To Make Mask 

Essentials You Need:

  • 1 tsp rice flour 
  • 1 egg
  • 10 drops of lemon juice
  • Put egg white in a bowl (remove yolk)
  • Then add 10 drops of lemon juice 
  • Add 1 tsp of rice flour
  • Mix all the ingredients to make a fine paste 
  • Apply the layer of this paste on face with finger tips
  • Leave it for 15 minutes and let it dry 
  • Then wash your face with cold water and you will get baby soft skin

Before starting this routine you should consult with your physician because this is not everyone. Every person cannot handle this.



Mix all the ingredients in a jug. If you use warm water it would be more better but you can also use water at room temperature.


Consume one glass of this water before every meal three times a day. Drink it  for three consecutive
You can also use lemon juice instead of lemon oil. Lemon juice with apple cider can effect your tooth enamel that's why I prefer to use lemon oil but in the case you don't have lemon oil, you can use lemon juice. Or you can also use grapefruit essential oil.

Why It Works?

Apple cider vinegar

According to a study, Apple cider vinegar can help you to lose weight. It also reduce your body fat percentage and reduces belly fat.  It suppress your appetite. It contains a compound called pectin which reduces the appetite. Apple cider vinegar help you to eat less and you feel full all the time.

Lemon oil and Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper and lemon oil or lemon juice helps to flush out toxins and waste fast, from your body.

Maple Syrup

Maple syrup contains a lot of mineral and vitamins that will give you energy. You will not feel hungry and feel energetic just because of maple syrup.

WORKOUT STEPSFollowing are steps which you have to do in morning. You can see these steps in above given picture so that you can easily understand about them .

  • High knees (for 1 minute / 1:00)
  • Lunge skip (1:00)
  • Lateral bunny hop (1:00)
  • Pilates scissors (1:00)
  • Jumping jacks (1:00)
  • Frogger (1:00)
  • Lateral bounding (1:00)
  • Push ups and rotate (1:00)
  • Box toe touches (1:00)
  • Triceps dips (1:00)

NOTE: Do these 10 exercises for each 1 minute and then repeat each exercise for next 10 minute. This is how you can complete your two circles (each of 10 minute) of 20 minute.

Keeping that point in mind, here i am giving you just 2-mins workout plan, you can do it early in the morning at your own bed.Exercise in that workout are simple and easy to do, you need no equipment and  you just have a stop watch.
Do that workout as you awake, and you will feel fresh throughout the day, within a month you will see a great change in your body shape.


That "2-mins Workout" consists of following exercises :
  • Knee-to-Elbow Sit-ups (20-sec).
  • Flutter Kicks (20-sec).
  • Scissors (20-sec).
  • Hundreds (20-sec).
  • Reverse Crunches (20-sec).
  • Sitting Twists (20-sec).

NOTE :Use lemon water as you wake-up, and do each exercise for 20-secs.And repeat that circuit at-least 2 times per day for excellent results.
