How To Make This Drink
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey
- Boil 1 cup of water
- Add 1 tsp cinnamon into hot water
- Cover the cup and wait until cinnamon perfectly mixed into water
- Then let water cool
- Add 2 tsp raw honey into it
- Remember not to add honey in hot water because hot water will destroy enzymes present in raw honey, so wait for water to cool
- Then drink half cup of this dink before going to bed and other half should be covered and refrigerated
- Drink other half cup in the morning with empty stomach
NOTE: Do not re-heat this drink in the morning. And don't use more than 1 tsp of cinnamon in one cup of water because more amount of cinnamon can cause health effects.
