Now you don't need to spent so much on skin whitening products because today in my article I will tell you how to whiten your skin in only two steps. Yes! There are only two steps of this process and then you will get smooth, glowing and white skin.
So here we go...

Step-1 : Scrub 

Things You Need 

  • 1 tsp sugar in bowl 
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp orange juice 
  • 1 tsp honey 


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them to make a fine scrub 

How To Use 

Apply this mixture on effected areas and rub for 3 minutes. Then remove it with soft cotton cloth and wash it with cold water. 

Step-2 : Skin Whitening Process

Things You Need 

  • 2 tsp rice flour 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • 6 tsp orange juice 


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well to make a fine paste

How To Use 

Apply a thick layer of this mask on your skin. Then leave it for 20 minutes. After that you need to massage your skin for 3 minutes. Then wash your skin with cold water.

Essentials You Need

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 
  • Squeeze juice of  1 lemon 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats 


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl to make a fine paste 
  • Apply this mask on your skin and leave it for 15-20 minutes until it dries 
  • Then rinse off and pat dry 
NOTES: Use this mask 2 or 3 times a week and do this for 1-2 months. When dark spots start fading then start using this mask once a week.

How To Prepare Smoothie 


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 40 gram crushed almonds
  • 2 cups of pineapple chunks
  • 40 gram raw honey

  • Cook the oatmeal 
  • Put oatmeal in blender and bled it well 
  • Then squeeze juice from pineapple in blender

How To Make This Drink


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey 


  • Boil 1 cup of water 
  • Add 1 tsp cinnamon into hot water 
  • Cover the cup and wait until cinnamon perfectly mixed into water 
  • Then let water cool 
  • Add 2 tsp raw honey into it 
  • Remember not to add honey in hot water because hot water will destroy enzymes present in raw honey, so wait for water to cool 
  • Then drink half cup of this dink before going to bed and other half should be covered and refrigerated 
  • Drink other half cup in the morning with empty stomach
NOTE: Do not re-heat this drink in the morning. And don't use more than 1 tsp of cinnamon in one cup of water because more amount of cinnamon can cause health effects.
