As Deodorant

Simple scented baking soda deodorant can be made at home. For this scent you only have to mix equal part of baking soda and cornstarch and add a few drops of essential oil (lavender oil is better). You can store it in a container and use it any time.

As Toothpaste

Baking soda has whitening property. It is best for making toothpaste at home that have positive effects.
Baking soda toothpaste can easily prepared at home by mixing baking soda and 3% of hydrogen in same ratio. This paste will whiten your teeth. But don't use this mixture too often because it can effect your tooth enamel.

As Face Peeling

Baking soda is also used as peel off mask. If you don't want to use expensive products that can extremely effect your skin, then baking soda is best for you.
Peeling: You just have to add 3/4 baking soda into 1/4 water to make a consistent paste. This paste will remove your all dead skin cells from your face and do not scarp your face.

As Shampoo

Baking soda is perfect shampoo itself. People who gets their hair oily very quickly they must use baking soda with their shampoo.
What you have to do is put your shampoo on your hand and add teaspoon of baking soda in it and shampoo your hair. Trust me this will make your hair shiny, beautiful and oil free.

We all have to do a lot of work whole day. Some go to jobs, some at street stalls and specially ladies that are house wife or professionals too. People have to do at their work in early morning and they have to even enough time to get ready. And at night people are so tired that they just want their bed to sleep. They thought that workout needs much time which they don't have. But now no need to worry because I have workout for lazy girls. You just need 3 minutes and you'll get rid from arm fat. Following ate some steps you have to follow.

STEPS:


ARM CIRCLE

Stretch arms out to 'T'. Palms face the floor. Do this for 30 seconds.


KNEE PUSH-UPS

Start on all fours, hands and knees on ground. Lower your body until shoulders align with elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.

OVERHEAD PRESS

Start with elbows bend at 90 degree. Using your own resistance push arms slowly up and overhead. Until fully extended. Do this for 30 seconds.


FLOOR TRICEPS DIPS

Knees bend. hands behind, fingers forward. Push up through arms, lift hips and extend elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.


KNEE PUSH-UPS

Start on all fours, hands and knees on ground. Lower your body until shoulders align with elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.

BICEP CURLS

Start feet apart, arms at sides. Lock elbows against body. And using your own resistance, slowly curls arms up. Do this for 30 seconds.

NOTE: Do each step of exercise for 30 seconds and do this workout daily. If you do it in morning it will be more effective.

Nearly 50% of all young people ages 12-21 are not active on a daily basis. More than 30% of children ages 6-11 are over weight and over 15% are obese. So to overcome these things what we need to do is, exercise and healthy routine. Exercise makes you feel more energized because it releases endorphin in blood. Movement in exercise helps to relieve stress by producing a relaxation  response which serves as a position distraction. Not only exercise is important for healthy life but rest is also a major factor in it. Less sleeping as well as over sleeping both are very dangerous for health. So we should take rest for a moderate time so that it wouldn't be dangerous for us. Nutrition is also very important for our fitness. Eating healthy food can also maintain our fitness.
