  • High knees( 3 sets, 60 sec)
  • Front and back lunges( 3 sets, 30 sec+30 sec)
  • Back leg lifts( 3 sets, 30 sec+30 sec)
  • Quick feet( 3 sets, 45 sec)
  • Romanian dead lift( 3 sets, 45 sec)
  • Sumo squat( 3 sets, 45 sec)
  • Side lunge( 3 sets, 30 sec+30 sec)
  • Heisman( 3 sets, 45 sec)
  • Hamstring curls( 3 sets, 30 sec+30 sec)
  • Step up with knee raise( 3 sets, 45 sec)


These are the steps you have to follow and then get round butt an perfect thighs. Warm your self before doing any exercise. Take 30 sec rest between each set and use lemonade during workout for maximum outcome.
