Hey all..!
So are you ready for 7 day slim down challenge? Yes you are reading correct, in only 7 days you'll slim down. Workout alone can not do as much as we expect, our diet should also planed with our workout. If you workout with planed diet you'll get 100% results. If you're doing some workout continue it but it should be with planed diet. Here are some healthy eating for you guys.

DIET PLAN(Healthy Eating) :

Follow the following diet plan and do sweating workout and then see your body changes. You definitely feel the change in your body infect good change in your body. Ohhh yeah! you're getting slim.


  • No fast food or fried food
  • No artificial sweeteners
  • Reduce sodium intake
  • Greatly reduce or eliminate sugar
  • Drink water as much as you can
  • No white bread, pasta and rice
  • Minimal dairy
  • Minimal grains
  • Eat smaller portion sizes 
  • Eat only whole food

WORKOUT :

To do sweating workout, you should follow the following workout :


  • 80 jumping jacks
  • 20 lunges (10 per leg)
  • 25 squats
  • 60 seconds wall sit
  • 20 sit ups
  • 10 push ups

NOTE: Do this three times
