Here we gives you such workout  that's leaves no muscle unworked .And you required no equipment for that  workout, you can do it any time, at your home or anywhere.You just require is courage that you can do it , it's a simple,easy and enjoyable workout.

WORKOUT :

Our that Body-weight Workout consists of 3 circuits that are :

CIRCUIT 1


  • Squat
  • Seated Russian Twist
  • Elbow Plank

CIRCUIT 2


  • Curtsy Lunge
  • Triceps Dip
  • Squat To Side Kick

CIRCUIT 3


  • Pilates Roll-Up
  • Leaning Lunge
  • Negative Push Up


Before doing that workout must warm-up your body for 10 mins.Repeat that circuits thrice and you will seem its excellent effects within a first 10 day.
