TOTAL BODY FAT BURNING WORKOUT By HARRY
Hi Everyone !
Now a days we are too much lazy, we don't have time for our-self too.I mean to say that we see it clearly that our weight is increasing too much that is good for our health as fatness cause many diseases like asthma,sugar and heart problem and many other.But we don't have any time for our-self, here we just require 15 mins out 24 hours.

WORKOUT :
That Fat Burning workout consist of following exercises :- PUSH UP ON THE KNEE (5)
- SQUATS (15)
- REVERSE CRUNCHES (10)
- LUNGES (5-each side)
- PLANK POSITION (15 sec)
Before doing that workout must warm your body for 10 mins.And repeat that circuit at-least 3 times with just the gap of 2 mins.
