WEIGHT LOSS OF 7 KG IN JUST 7 DAYS WITH THIS RECIPE

- Olive oil
- 1 chopped Onion
- Parsley leaves
- Pink salt
- Black peper
- Take a pan and pour olive oil according to your need. Don't use any other cooking oil.
- Add some chopped garlic in it and let them become light brown and then add one chopped onion in it and let them translucent.
- Then add one chopped carrot, wait for a minute and then add 1 chopped green capsicum keep them frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add half chopped tomato, then add some chopped parsley leaves.
- Then add 500 grams of chopped cabbage.
- Then add at least 5 cups of water in it
- After few minutes add pink salt. Don't use white salt. Add one tea spoon of black pepper and you can also add one tea spoon of oregano for taste.
- Then cover the pan and wait for 10 minutes or until all the ingredients cooked well.
- Then take pan off from stove and enjoy your soup.
DO's AND DON'Ts:
- Have cabbage soup three times a day
- Soup should be fresh every day and warm soup before you take.
- No restrictions on drinking water. Drink at least 8 glass of water in whole day.
- All the ingredients in this soup are essential for weight loss
- Weigh loss will happen quickly because it is low fat and high fiber diet.
- Follow for 5 days and then take break of 2 days.
- In these 2 days, eat high protein food.
