SERUM RECIPE
Following are the ingredients you need in this recipe.

INGREDIENTS: 


  • 1/2 tsp aloe vera gel 
  • 1/2 tsp castor oil ( you can also use coconut oil or olive oil in place of castor oil) 
  • 1 vitamin E capsule 
  • a garlic clove 

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a clean jar, mix aloe vera, castor oil and vitamin E capsule
  • Mix until it become fine paste
  • In food processor add garlic clove
  • Rub the garlic paste directly on your nails.
  • Nails should be without nail polish 
  • Massage it on nails specially on nail beds and leave for 10 minutes
  • Wash it off and pat dry
  • Then apply oil serum that you made earlier
  • Massage into the cuticles
  • Leave over a night or for some hours
NOTE: Apply garlic clove once a week, but apply oil mixture every night before you sleep. You will notice growth of your nails and get result in just 2 weeks.

From this exercise double chin, neck fat and throat fat can minimized easily. And yes it really works because I've tried it by my self.
Following are the exercises you have to follow and get rid from double chin and neck fat.


THE KISS:


  • While standing, tilt your head back and see at the roof
  • Pucker your lips and kiss the roof
  • Hold he kiss for 5 seconds
  • Relax your lips and return to your original position
  • Repeat this exercise 15 times

STICK IT OUT:

  • While facing forward, open your mouth forward
  • Stick your tongue slowly out over a five count, take out as much as possible
  • Return the tongue into your mouth on another five count
  • Repeat this exercise 10 times

JAW JUT:

  • Tilt your head back and see towards roof
  • Push your lower jaw forward to stretch under the chin
  • Hold it for 10 counts
  • Relax  and return to your original position
  • Do this exercise 10 times

NECK ROLL:

  • While standing, drop your chin forward to your chest
  • Then move your head towards right
  • Then come back to the position where your chin is dropped forward to your chest
  • Then move your head towards left
  • And then again come to original position
  • Repeat this neck roll for 30 seconds

TONGUE ON TEETH:

  • While keeping a straight back, open your mouth as much as possible
  • Put your tongue inside your lower teeth row
  • Inhale through your mouth and exhale while making a sound "ahh". 
  • Do this for one minute
  • Relax the moth and tongue
  • Repeat this exercise once more

CHIN SLAP:

  • While facing forward, slap carefully your lower jaw with the back side of your hand. 
  • Slap carefully, not so hard nor so soft
  • Repeat this at regular pace of 30 seconds

Following is the remedy you need to follow.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 lemon
  • 10-15 Aspirin tablets
  • 1 cup Epsom salt ( its optional)
  • Plastic wrap
  • Cotton or woolen socks

HOW TO USE:

Step 1:
  • Take 4 liters of hot water in a tub and add one cup of Epsom salt in it. Soak your feet in it for at least half an hour.

Step 2:

  • Take small bowl and add Aspirin tablets in it and squeeze juice of one lemon in it. Mix both the ingredients well until they make fine paste.
  • Cut two large pieces of plastic wrap

Step 3:

  • Take out your feet from tub and dry them with  towel.
  • Rub Aspirin paste against dry and damage parts for your feet. Apply more paste on driest areas of your feet
  • Then wrap your feet with plastic wrap and putt on socks
  • You should stay for 4-6 hours with socks before going to bed
  • Then remove rocks and wash your feet with soap and water.

Step 4:

  • Apply thick layer of moisturizer and put your socks back for night. Because lemon juice can be very drying. 
This remedy really works. You all should try it must. I personally do this and result was so positive and I was so happy to saw my feet so soft and fair.

  • Mix water and baking soda to make fine paste. Make sure your paste will not so runny, because runny paste does not stay for longer on skin.

Weight gain can cause many problems in metabolism. Hormones also disturbed due a lot of weigh gain. There are many reasons of weight gain but the major reason is fast food and more sweets like chocolates, candies and food contain high amount of sugar.
In my today's article I will tell you best recipe for weight loss. And it is cabbage soup. Following are the ingredients you need.

INGREDIENTS:


  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • Parsley leaves
  • Tomato
  • Carrots
  • Capsicum
  • Cabbage
  • Pink salt
  • Black peper
  • Oregano

METHOD:

  • Take a pan and pour olive oil according to your need. Don't use any other cooking oil.
  • Add some chopped garlic in it and let them become light brown and then add one chopped onion in it and let them translucent. 
  • Then add one chopped carrot, wait for a minute and then add 1 chopped green capsicum keep them frying for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add half chopped tomato, then add some chopped parsley leaves. 
  • Then add 500 grams of chopped cabbage.
  • Then add at least 5 cups of water in it
  • After few minutes add pink salt. Don't use white salt. Add one tea spoon of black pepper and you can also add one tea spoon of oregano for taste. 
  • Then cover the pan and wait for 10 minutes or until all the ingredients cooked well.
  • Then take pan off from stove and enjoy your soup. 

DO's AND DON'Ts:

  • Have cabbage soup three times a day
  • Soup should be fresh every day and warm soup before you take. 
  • No restrictions on drinking water. Drink at least 8 glass of water in whole day.
  • All the ingredients in this soup are essential for weight loss
  • Weigh loss will happen quickly because it is low fat and high fiber diet.
  • Follow for 5 days and then take break of 2 days.
  • In these 2 days, eat high protein food. 
  • Don't eat any thing else expect cabbage soup or cabbage salad for 5 days. 
  • Have green tea each day.
