3 MINUTE ARM WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS






Hey all..!
We all have to do a lot of work whole day. Some go to jobs, some at street stalls and specially ladies that are house wife or professionals too. People have to do at their work in early morning and they have to even enough time to get ready. And at night people are so tired that they just want their bed to sleep. They thought that workout needs much time which they don't have. But now no need to worry because I have workout for lazy girls. You just need 3 minutes and you'll get rid from arm fat. Following ate some steps you have to follow.

STEPS:


ARM CIRCLE

Stretch arms out to 'T'. Palms face the floor. Do this for 30 seconds.

KNEE PUSH-UPS

Start on all fours, hands and knees on ground. Lower your body until shoulders align with elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.

OVERHEAD PRESS

Start with elbows bend at 90 degree. Using your own resistance push arms slowly up and overhead. Until fully extended. Do this for 30 seconds.

FLOOR TRICEPS DIPS

Knees bend. hands behind, fingers forward. Push up through arms, lift hips and extend elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.

KNEE PUSH-UPS

Start on all fours, hands and knees on ground. Lower your body until shoulders align with elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.


BICEP CURLS

Start feet apart, arms at sides. Lock elbows against body. And using your own resistance, slowly curls arms up. Do this for 30 seconds.

NOTE: Do each step of exercise for 30 seconds and do this workout daily. If you do it in morning it will be more effective.

When you meet someone, they will judge you by your face. Mostly people with pretty face or clean and glowing face are preferred more. Pretty face increases your confidence and now point is, how can you get pretty face? Pretty face means clear, glowing, fair and attractive skin.
Facial skin can be effective by many reasons. Ultraviolet radiations are causing skin cancer and skin allergic. If you are not taking proper care of your skin then your skin will be totally damaged. For example if you do not remove makeup before going to bed it will cause acne.
In this mask Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda are two major ingredients. They both are very beneficial for skin. They both are also very common in every house or are easily available in markets.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

pH of apple cider vinegar is similar to pH of protective layer of skin so it helps to restore balance. It also fights with acne and pimples. It also fights with wrinkles. Apple cider vinegar removes toxins from skin.

BAKING SODA

It has an amazing effect on scars, acne, wrinkles and dark spots. Baking soda on its own is remedy against acne. It regulates pH level of skin and helps in healing breakouts.


MASKING OF MASK

As I told told you that Apple cider vinegar and Baking soda are two major ingredients used in this mask and they are easily available in kitchen and also in markets.

Ingredients:



  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Baking Soda
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Honey

Preparation:

Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider in half glass of water. Take little baking soda in other container and then pour mixture of water and apple cider into baking soda, slowly slowly.

How to use:

Then wet a piece of cotton with this mixture and apply it on your face. Wait for 5- 10 minutes. Then rinse off your face with warm water. You will end up your washing with little cold water to close pours of skin.

NOTE: 

Must wash face before applying this mask. By doing this magical mask treatment you will notice that your skin will become glowing and fresh.
