Things You Need 

  • 1 tsp sugar in bowl 
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp orange juice 
  • 1 tsp honey 


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them to make a fine scrub 

How To Use 

Apply this mixture on effected areas and rub for 3 minutes. Then remove it with soft cotton cloth and wash it with cold water. 

Step-2 : Skin Whitening Process

Things You Need 

  • 2 tsp rice flour 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • 6 tsp orange juice 


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well to make a fine paste

How To Use 

Apply a thick layer of this mask on your skin. Then leave it for 20 minutes. After that you need to massage your skin for 3 minutes. Then wash your skin with cold water.

  • Boil 1 cup of water 
  • Add 1 tsp cinnamon into hot water 
  • Cover the cup and wait until cinnamon perfectly mixed into water 
  • Then let water cool 
  • Add 2 tsp raw honey into it 
  • Remember not to add honey in hot water because hot water will destroy enzymes present in raw honey, so wait for water to cool 
  • Then drink half cup of this dink before going to bed and other half should be covered and refrigerated 
  • Drink other half cup in the morning with empty stomach
NOTE: Do not re-heat this drink in the morning. And don't use more than 1 tsp of cinnamon in one cup of water because more amount of cinnamon can cause health effects.

Last option is to go to doctor for healing your cavities. But here I have recipes for your problem just with some easily available products.


Here is method No.1 in which we'll use turmeric, coconut oil, clove oil and salt.


  • 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 2 drops of clove oil
  • A pinch of salt


  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Put mixture on tooth brush and brush your teeth in such a way that this mixture should apply on cavity and decay ares.
  • Wait for 5 minutes and again brush your teeth in this way. 
  • Rinse your teeth with lukewarm water.


Here is method No.2 in which we'll use baking soda, lemon juice, dried mint powder and peppermint essential oil.


  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 drops of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried mint pepper (optional)


  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Put mixture on tooth brush and brush your teeth in such a way that this mixture should apply on cavity and decay ares.
  • Wait for 3  minutes and again brush your teeth in this way. 
  • Rinse your teeth with lukewarm water.

  • Take a towel and dip it in warm water then put it on your face for couple of minutes, so that all the pores of your face opens. (open pores will allows gel to penetrate into the skin so reduce acne)
  • Then apply this gel on your face and let it penetrate into your pores
  • When gel completely penetrates, then apply moisturizer if needed
  • Do this twice or thrice a day after cleansing your face to get good results

3 minute Arm workout for lazy ones


                             3-MINUTE ARM WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS

Hey all..!
We all have to do a lot of work whole day. Some go to jobs, some at street stalls and specially ladies that are house wife or professionals too. People have to do at their work in early morning and they have to even enough time to get ready. And at night people are so tired that they just want their bed to sleep. They thought that workout needs much time which they don't have. But now no need to worry because I have workout for lazy girls. You just need 3 minutes and you'll get rid from arm fat. Following ate some steps you have to follow.



Stretch arms out to 'T'. Palms face the floor. Do this for 30 seconds.


Start on all fours, hands and knees on ground. Lower your body until shoulders align with elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.


Start with elbows bend at 90 degree. Using your own resistance push arms slowly up and overhead. Until fully extended. Do this for 30 seconds.


Knees bend. hands behind, fingers forward. Push up through arms, lift hips and extend elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.


Start on all fours, hands and knees on ground. Lower your body until shoulders align with elbows. Do this for 30 seconds.


Start feet apart, arms at sides. Lock elbows against body. And using your own resistance, slowly curls arms up. Do this for 30 seconds.

NOTE: Do each step of exercise for 30 seconds and do this workout daily. If you do it in morning it will be more effective.

Egg white face mask that will fight acne bacteria, tighten pores and make your skin glowing



Hey all.!
Today I will tell you about Egg white mask which is very beneficial to your face. Egg white mask cleanse your skin and tighten the pores. It also removes bacteria from your skin. Bacterial cause many infections on skin and egg white mask helps to remove infection causing bacteria. Trust me this mask will  give you glowing smooth skin.


  • Egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • Take egg white in a bowl and mix it to make bubbly.
  • Then add lemon juice and turmeric powder in it and mix well
  • Apply the mixture all over your face
  • Leave it for 10-15 minutes until it dry completely
  • Then use slightly warm water to loosen the mask
  • Then rinse your face with cold water and pat dry

NOTE: Avoid smiling, talking and stretching your skin while having this mask on your face. Because smiling, talking and stretching skin can cause wrinkles on your skin.

You all know about LISTERINE. And almost all people have Listerine in their homes. Listerine is basically used for mouth wash but it is also use for many other purposes which probably people don't know. I can use Listerine as toilet cleaning, for underarm cleaning, flea repellent for my dog and for many other things as well.


Listerine is a brand of antiseptic mouth wash. It is promoted with the slogan "kills germs that cause bad breathe". Listerine is composed of essential oils. And we all know essentials oils are beneficial for so many things. So Listerine can also use for several things. So here I will tell you amazing uses of Listerine.


Listerine as anti-fungal ingredients which are very good to eliminate dandruff. What you have to do is wet your hairs with Listerine and wrap them with towel. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo. Repeat this process several times and your will feel the change.


Take a cotton ball and pour Listerine on it. Then dab the cotton gently on effected area. The ingredients found in Listerine (phenol based antiseptic) that will eliminate bacteria that cause acne. 


Listerine act as antibacterial agent to reduce sweating and body odor. It works as a underarm deodorant. You can pour Listerine in any shower bottle and spray under your arms to reduce body odor. And you can also use cotton ball. Wet cotton ball with Listerine and dab it under your arms and get pleasant underarms.


All you have to do is pour Listerine in your toilet and use toilet brush and then see the change. Your toilet will look so clean and shiny. And you don't need to waste money on toilet cleaners because Listerine is doing your work.

Resistance Band Workout


Hi Everyone !
Today i will give "Total Body Home Workout", you can it at your own home as no equipment is required for that workout, you just need of "Resistance band".Within a month you will have Abs, beautiful upper and lower body shape.
That resistance band is that the tension increases as you stretch them, so the exercise gets harder as you move through the range of motion, challenging your muscles in a different way than weights do. That helps you get stronger faster. Plus, they’re light, so you can tuck one in your bag when you travel. Add these moves to your routine and you’ll look like a million—for only a few bucks!


1. Arm (Biceps), Hips and Butt Exercise

Step 1: Starting position is standing, the center of the band under your left foot. Hold one end of the band in each hand, dumbbell (1kg) as well, arms bent at the elbows, and the back straight.

Step 2: Take a big step backward with your right leg, bending both knees to lower into a lunge with your left knee directly over your ankle. Press your arms out in front of your chest, palms facing up. Bend your arms back and then lower. Do 8 to 12 reps per side to complete a set.

2. Arm (Triceps), Stomach and Butt Exercise

Step 1: Attach one end of the band to a radiator or to the middle of a door, the other end in the left hand with dumbbell (1kg).

Step 2: Kneel on the floor and get into hands and knees position, about 3 to 4 feet away from the door, facing the door. Keep your back straight and head straight. Start with your active elbow tight to your body and hand right below your chest.

Step3: Straighten your arm until your hand is right beside your hip, and in the same time bend your right leg. Do 10 reps per side to complete a set.

3. Shoulders, Back, Hips and Calves Exercise

Step 1: Hook up a band to the bottom of the door. Squat down slightly an hold a single handle with dumbbell (1kg) at waist height.

Step 2: Powerfully ascend, contract your shoulders, and raise the band straight over your head. Keep your arms locked.

Step 3: Hold it for 1 second and lower back down to start. Do ten reps in three sets.

4. Shoulders, Back, Arms, Upper and Side Abs, Hips and Butt

Step 1: Secure the band to a door handle, grab the other end with one hand and took a dumbbell (1kg).

Step 2: Stand about 3 feet away from the door. Turn your body so that your side is facing the door. Keep your chest up, head straight and arm almost straight (elbow slightly bent). Get into the starting position by rotating and bending your body so that the handle is in front of the knee that is closet to the door.

Step 3: Pull your hand up and across your body until they are at eye level. Return to the starting position (controlling the resistance). Do 10 reps per side to complete a set.

5. Upper and Side Abs, Butt and Hips Exercise

Step 1: Secure the band at medium height, around a pole or attach it to the middle of a door, stand up and grab both handles with your hands, arms extended out in front of your abdomen.

Step 2: Rotate your upper body towards your right and down, and slowly return to your starting position before going to the left side and returning.
Step 3: Keep your arms extended out in front of you throughout. Do 10 reps per side to complete a set.
